  • Scale: Ultima was recognized in 2020 as one of Canada's fastest-growing start-ups. We are now in our 5th year of business and have more than doubled since we received that award.

  • Public/Private Sector: Our business works directly with the province of Ontario (Home and Community Care Support Services -formerly the LHIN).  Every day, hundreds of Ultima PSWs and Nurses provide home care to publicly funded patients across Ontario through our own contracts. We also specialize in wound care nursing across many partnerships throughout the province. We also work with dozens of private companies across Canada.

  • Accreditation: Ultima has successfully completed our accreditation with CARF Canada in December of 2022.

  • Reputation: Ultima has over 40 Partnership Agreements across Ontario, British Columbia, and now Manitoba. These partners consider us part of the team and include us in partnership grant writing and joint proposals.
